Match the street side as well as the block
The City lists City Park under the Residential Parking Program. Its linked zone document qualifies the street side for some Queen Street blocks and lists the 1000 and 1100 blocks of Spadina Crescent. Check the actual entry rather than treating an entire named street as covered.
Use the City Park zone map and street list with the complete address. Read the entry for the relevant block and side instead of using the neighbourhood profile outline to determine the parking arrangement.
Check the car you are choosing
If considering a larger replacement, read the current program's vehicle conditions as a separate check. Ask the City about an uncertain address or vehicle before relying on the permit after purchase.
- Keep the block and side details with any question sent to the City.
- Ask what a change of vehicle requires if you already hold a permit.
- Check a private stall or parkade separately if you also use one.
Bring the applicable parking requirements to a viewing. The buying guide covers inspection and written-offer steps; tell Brenden which exact vehicle and dimensions you want to discuss.
