What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your first name, mobile number, optional email, vehicle preferences, budget, general credit and income answers, and your consent choices. Nothing is submitted until you press the send button and the site confirms receipt.
If online applications are enabled, an application also asks for your legal name, date of birth, address, housing costs, employer and job, income, monthly debts and relevant trade-in details. The online application is currently closed; Brenden can explain how to start a separate conversation with a dealership or lender.
We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number, driver's licence number or banking details on this website. Basic security records may include the request time, IP address and browser information. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your vehicle inquiry, understand your needs and help Brenden follow up. Contact consent covers this inquiry and does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Credit checks and applications
This website does not obtain a credit report or approve a loan. An inquiry does not affect your credit score. Before a dealership or lender obtains a credit report, they must explain their process and obtain the applicable consent. Any credit report, financing application and agreement are handled under the dealership's and lender's own terms.
Who can access it
Brenden Agarand and authorized website staff can access the records needed to respond to you and run the website. Website, hosting and security providers process information as part of delivering the service. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated marketers. The website does not automatically send your financial answers to lenders.
How long we keep it
Website inquiry and application records are scheduled for removal from active storage after 90 days. Restricted recovery backups are kept on a seven-day rotation and cleaned daily, so copies may remain for up to 8 additional days during normal operation. A request for earlier deletion follows the same backup expiry period. Dealerships and lenders may have their own record retention obligations for information you give them separately.
How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted connection for submissions and restricts access to records. Sensitive application information is encrypted in storage. No system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send identity documents or banking information through this form.
Your choices
You can ask Brenden to see or correct your information, withdraw contact consent, or request deletion. Tell him directly if you no longer want a reply or further follow-up.
Your browser
This site does not use advertising analytics or save your inquiry answers in local storage. Answers stay in the page's memory until you send them or leave. Security cookies protect submissions and help Cloudflare distinguish browser traffic from automated bots. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for these security checks. When online submissions are available, Turnstile also checks that they come from people.
