Build the McKercher route around today's controls
The joint College Park review proposes signals at McKercher Drive and Degeer Street, partly to address a westbound left-turn delay. It separately identifies Edinburgh Place for a pedestrian crossing and accessible ramps.

A vehicle-shopping plan for College Park East
If your regular trip uses McKercher, confirm the current legal entrance and turn instead of assuming an old signal proposal is already operating. Set a destination before driving an unfamiliar car. While parked, compare the view to the sides and the accessibility of indicators and navigation, then agree an ordinary demonstration route.
- Identify the intended McKercher turn and direction in the route note.
- Do not estimate a commute saving from the review's proposed signals.
- Use current road controls and an alternative route agreed with the seller if necessary.
