Choose a lawful waiting place on Main Street
The Greystone Heights review distinguishes parking west of Bateman/Simpson on Main Street from the lane east of Greystone Heights School. It recommends removing some south-side Main Street restrictions but adding restrictions near the lane's park walkway.

A vehicle-shopping plan for Greystone Heights
That distinction matters if your own pickup or errand uses this area: a convenient-looking lane entrance is not interchangeable with a permitted waiting space. Confirm current signs at the exact location, then compare door access and the passenger-loading sequence while safely parked elsewhere. Do not select a vehicle on the assumption that every curbside space will remain available.
- Keep the Main Street waiting location separate from the walkway and lane entrance.
- Measure the car with the passenger doors open at your own usable space.
- Agree a backup lawful meeting point if the intended space is unavailable.
