A bus-stop edge is not spare parking space
The Haultain review identifies parking between a Clarence Avenue bus stop near 2nd Street and the lane to its north as a sightline issue. It separately recommends corner restrictions at Broadway Avenue and 1st Street.

A vehicle-shopping plan for Haultain
If those blocks are part of your routine, establish the current lawful waiting and storage arrangement before changing cars. A larger replacement can make a marginal private space harder to use, but it does not create permission to wait at a bus stop or obstruct a lane. Compare the car's dimensions with your actual space.
- Identify the private entrance and keep the bus-stop area out of the parking plan.
- Measure usable length as well as width for the replacement car.
- Arrange collection so neither the old nor new vehicle has to wait across a lane access.
