Count driveways before counting Avenue X parking spaces
The Meadowgreen review identifies a west-side Avenue X segment south of 22nd Street, extending toward 125 Avenue X South, where closely spaced driveways leave insufficient room for lawful parking. It recommends restrictions to preserve visibility at those accesses.

A vehicle-shopping plan for Meadowgreen
A long-looking stretch of curb can therefore be a poor basis for storing a replacement car. Confirm the current signs and your actual off-street arrangement before purchase. At a viewing, measure the equipped vehicle and the entrance you control, rather than depending on an assumed street space between driveways.
- Mark every driveway affecting the intended parking location.
- Ask the property manager which space you may use and whether a second car can wait there during replacement.
- Include room to enter and leave the space without backing across a neighbour's access.
